Powerful and emotional story of love, forgiveness and redemption. Hosea’s love for Angel is so unconditional and unwavering, despite everything she’s been through, really tugs at the heart. It’s not just about love in a typical romantic sense—it’s a deeper, sacrificial kind of love that challenges both of them in ways they never expected. I also later realized the characters of the story are based from the Book of Hosea in the Bible. Trigger warnings: Child abuse, prostitution.
