Publisher's blurb aside, no trace of Owlman or I-Ching in this book. The story deals with a business relationship between some of Gotham's elite families over a century ago, including the Waynes, and someone who holds a grudge going back to that time. Dick Grayson is the Batman in this instance, and he and his allies have to uncover who's behind a new threat to the city. The story is done well, and the art serves the story, giving something of a gothic air to everything, even though it's not quite done in the realistic style that I'd appreciate more.
