I'll likely be buying copies of this - one for me, and others as gifts. Good variety of recipes from a variety of cuisines, clear instructions, reasonable ingredient lists, and everything looks yummy! Good background info as well, and while the book doesn't specifically have a vegetarian focus, many of the recipes are either meatless or easily adapted.
