I liked this book, even though it was very slow. There are a lot of philosophical sentences in here that were very deep and meaningful. I was very undecided for most of the book if Katie was guilty or not. I liked Ellie, but I kept thinking she was in her late 20s to early 30s, rather than 37 years old. Towards the ending, I thought that we'd never find out what happened to Baby Fisher after Katie fell asleep, but the last few pages are a complete shock and answer a lot of questions. I didn't realize there was a movie of this book until I was almost finished reading, so I'm going to watch the movie and compare it to the book. I have a feeling that the movie might be better, mostly because it will be shorter and more action-packed than the book. Overall, I liked this book, but it was very slow and tended to get boring easily.
