I loved this book. This is the final book in the five part series and all five books were five stars each for me.
I will says this though, I did feel like this book was a little rushed, it was a little confusing to keep track of all the time jumps. I would have preferred there to be a sixth book in order for it to not be so rushed and in order to have more context, but ultimately I did love and enjoy the book a lot.
I absolutely loved reading about how God reached out to Manasseh, and how Manasseh finally repented for all the evil he’d done and was able to reach God’s mercy and forgiveness.
I think this book perfectly showcases how anger, hatred and revenge can affect your heart and everything in your life.
Forgiveness is such an important thing that God requires from all of us. Forgiveness is such a beautiful blessing that only God can help us do. There’s a huge difference between justice and revenge. And even justice is not up to us but it is up to God Himself.
We may never understand His methods, what He does, and why He does it, but He always knows what’s best for us and for everyone.
