It is a hilariously universal story about how a new baby's arrival impacts a family, told from the point of view of a delightfully unreliable narrator, a wildly imaginative seven-year-old named Tim. With a sly, heart-filled message about the importance of family, it is an authentic and broadly appealing original comedy for all ages.

Boss Baby is a funny and creative movie for pre-teens. It is about how the arrival of a baby impacts a family. Only, this baby is an undercover spy on a classified mission from a baby run foundation named Baby-Co. To complete his mission and save Baby-Co, Boss Baby needs help from seven year-old Tim. The catch is that Tim is not a baby and can’t know about Baby-Co. But after all, what is more important; saving Baby-Co, or keeping Baby-Co undiscovered. This movie is very funny and has twists that keep you entertained and laughing. Every kid has dreamt about being a spy and this movie brings that dream alive. It definitely made memories of my childhood come back. The imagination brought alive in this movie is so relatable it made me yearn to relive my childhood. I would recommend this movie to all children as it is funny a cartoon and rated PG. 4.5 stars

Clever and took a plot twist that I was not expecting. As an adult viewer, it was cute, clever and offered enough complexity to keep me interested. I enjoyed the concept of babies fighting for their 'market share'. Even better would have been a battle between the babies and cell phones!

Not what I was expecting but a unique story that's both sweet and funny. I love Alec Baldwin and his dry humor is a perfect fit for this character.

Not as good as I was expecting. Fast forwarded. A good movie for kids though.

I'm not too sure who this movie is for.

Alec Baldwin's performance is a callback to his previous roles as managers (most notably Glengarry Glen Ross), so that's a nod adults would get, but there's plenty enough butts and snappy slapstick that would grab kids' attention. I wasn't a big fan of either.

Cuter and more worthwhile than I thought it would be. I find that there is a plethora of animated features that are being thrown at the audience and most of them just feel like poor excuses for a money grab. Glad that this movie was not the case.

NOT funny..or even cute. A waste of time!

It was a pretty decent movie. The animation quality was good, the characters were decent (though their feelings/loyalties kind of flip-flop too easily), and the humour was alright as in, not bad, but not great... slightly above satisfactory though. The plot was different than I expected: I thought the movie was going to be about an inexplicably intelligent baby... turns out, he's just part of a race of babies that are less ticklish than normal from the baby factory sent into a baby management position. Good to watch with the kids, not super exciting for adults though.

I watched this three times on the loan : to ensure I give the most sincere critique everyone should watch this for escapism. For all of those who were from a big family and those who born in the "perfect triangle" like the movie mentions; also to prepare you for having kids or going to hang out with someone's unforsaken kids. This is your film.
These most enjoyable scenes are the playdate with the "swat" theme song....wowwww, the pacifier you got to watch; and then the babies to the rescue. Funny it sure shines a light on the man child erase that image.....enjoy with your favorite comfort toy while viewing; I had a few cookies and lollipops .

Throughout history... people have loved babies more than anything in the world. We've always been a must-have item... number one on every wish list. Puppies were merely accessories. But all that changed when the puppies began coming out... with new designer models. Each one more adorable than the last.
Well, see this pie chart? Wow, it looks like a giant pie. It represents all the love there is in the world. ... Point is, the puppies' slice is getting bigger and bigger. They're stealing all our love!
-Just like you did to me.
Exactly. And if this keeps up... there might not be enough pie left for babies.
Imagine a puppy that never grows up. A puppy that stays a puppy forever. Once I launch my Forever Puppies to every corner of the world... they'll be so adorable... no one will ever want a baby ever, ever again.

Survival of the fittest. It is the law of the jungle. There is always someone trying to take away what is yours.
I'm already making progress with parents. The usual procedure: sleep deprivation, hunger strikes. They are very confused. I have them eating out of my hand. They do everything for me.
I'm seven and a half.
-Exactly! You're old. It's time to make way for the next generation. It's the way of the world. You would never ask your parents for an old toy. Everyone wants the hot, new thing.
The path to success is not a straight line, Templeton... but rather a wild ride... like a ship at sea. And you're a sea captain... taming a turbulent ocean!
Watch your stern!
- Aye! Dodge, parry, and thrust!
Sounds like a heck of a law firm!
Chicks dig babies. The people of Long Island do not know how to make an iced tea.
