There really wasn't an ending. Picture a season finale of a tv show that is "to be continued."

The Norman vs Mike love triangle thing is laughable.

I feel like the author has lost interest in this series; quite frankly, I have, too.

I enjoyed the book, but the last chapter left 3 of the main characters hanging. No resolution to their problems - disturbing!

This is one of the worst books that Fluke has written. It is incomplete with no denouement.
Most authors are heading towards an epilogue to ensure that all subplots are 'tied up.' Loose ends everywhere..

After lumbering through the entire story, it just stops! Doesn't resolve anything it's been building on for 28 chapters. It just stops. Very poor.

This was much darker than the others in the series, the story will be continued in the next book due out early 2015. The more serious situation just shows the depth of Hannah and the others. Maybe the end of the series is near, I liked the story very much.

I read the Amazon reviews and most of the comments are negative. I have read all the Hannah Swensen mysteries and I liked each one. It does not bother me that Hannah cannot decide between Mike and Norman. I have kind of gotten used to it. I would be more shocked if she actually picked one of the two. Look forward to the next book in this series.

I like the Hannah Swensen mysteries. I like that there are recipes at the end of a chapter for baked goods (and sometimes other things) mentioned in that chapter. I enjoy the interactions of Hannah's family and of the townspeople. This is the 17th book in the series and I have to confess that I'm getting a bit tired of Hannah's inability to choose between two suitors -- Mike and Norman. And, I found this particular book ended quite abruptly. I turned back pages a couple of times to see if I had accidentally missed some pages. I hadn't; it just stops.

Another Hannah Swenson mystery. This time, Hannah is accused of murder when she accidentally hits a pedestrian on the side of a foggy road. Mom Delores is having trouble making decisions regarding her wedding to Doc. And Moishe, the cat, continues to delight us with his adventures.
