Similar to The Paleo Solution book he wrote previously with a bit more science to back it up. This book would be useful for people trying to loose weight who need to change their lifestyle, especially people with underlying autoimmune conditions. For someone who is really serious about doing something to make weight loss happen, and to feel better overall, this book is a great motivator. The chapter on the Reno, Nevada police and fire departments trial of a low-carb diet was interesting and inspirational. Robb also has a website, robbwolf.com, that could be helpful.
