'No sense in being pessimistic. It wouldn't work anyway' - Unknown. This book is overdue because I'm obsessed with it! I swear I'll return it today - sorry person waiting for the book! It's about the power of optimism and how to nurture it so you create the life you want. 'Do what you love. Love what you do.' Although it doesn't exactly convince me that life is good for everyone on the planet, it does convince me that optimism has the ability to propel us into confronting and finding solutions to all the darkness. Optimism gives you access to your best performance, your best self. This book is a chock full of fun tools to keep you on the up and up: inspiring quotes, songs to listen to, websites to visit and other positive resources. This is a must-read!
