This is an annoyingly long audio version of an infomercial filled with pseudo science and plain quackery plus self promotion of Hyman's marketing. If you follow his program you will quadruple your food bill with exotic ingredients that are difficult to find.

Much of the info. is useful, but many of his books say the same thing. So if you read one, you read the same info. again. It is a bit annoying. I guess it is for marketing purposes?

Excellent!! Very intelligent and useful information. I learned so much about the various fats, history of food industry, and the scientific effects of sugar. Well written and researched and am now on my way to the best health ever. Please read this book and share it with others.

Very well written nutrition book, the information is so different from we have been told the last 30 years it is hard to wrap my head around it. He gives good outlines as to how to do the program and the whys and the hows. Will need notes when going to buy groceries and the recipes it is not how mom told you to cook.
