Sorry wastes time. You have to live your life like you'll never be sorry. It's easier just to do the right thing from the start so there's nothing to apologize for.
Sometimes there's beauty in the tough words - it's all in how you read them.

All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven is a multi-perspective book narrated by Violet Markey and Theodore Finch who were strangers that found themselves on the top of the bell tower ledge at Bartlett High School in Bartlett Indiana. Finch knew why Violet was up there because it happened to be the same reason as him, which was to jump. Violet who was trembling with fear was carefully lead back down to school grounds by Finch. They went from being U.S. Geography partners to being lovers, and they learned things that they never knew about each other. Finch learns about how Violet Markey was a car crash survivor who was on her way back home from a teenage house party, but her sister Elenor wasn't as lucky and Violet had to live with the guilt of her sister's death. On the other hand, Violet finds that Finch had an obsession with death and was always looking at different ways to die and was labelled as “The Freak” that was on thin ice about being expelled from school. Along their journey of wandering Indiana, they found themselves not just living off the basic needs of a human being but living off of each other, because every moment they spent with each other was the only thing keeping themselves from taking their lives. However, Violet and Finch have a dispute that leads to Finch drowning himself. Violet being emotional than ever thanks Finch for helping her bringing her out of a nutshell and being able to see the world from a different perspective.
Personal Thoughts
I rate this novel 5/5. I think it's suitable for ages 14+. I would recommend this book to people who are interested in books about Love, Death, and Friendships. Although there is mature content that may not be suitable for everyone. My favourite parts are when Violet and Finch spent their moments together wandering Indiana, and the Lyrics Finch left for Violet before he dies. There is nothing about the book that I dislike.
Such a good book. I think it’s beautiful. I love finch. I love the way he thinks, what he says, his sticky note wall... It was sad but I love that it was real. I definitely recommend it.
Still collecting my thoughts because this book left me so. so. sad. But 10/10 recommend, one of my new favorite books!

I liked the book but I was confused about what happened in the end.😞
I remember crying my eyes out at the end. And then I read the author's note.
Not surprised that I woke up the next day with swollen eyes!
Breathtaking, poignant, thought-provoking, heartbreaking, lovely!
This book was amazing at first I didn’t think I was going to like it but at the end I had grown so attached to the characters that I cried because of how it ended. Definitely worth the read if you relate in any way to this book!
This is an amazing book. I connected with the characters from page 1. An amazing story line to keep you needing to turn the page! I would definitely recommend this wonderful book!
You will instantly fall in love with these characters and truly wish you knew them. (A week after I had finished the novel, I couldn’t help but miss Theodore or wonder what Violet may be up to…). It is one of those teen fic stories where you need to suspend the fact that these are teenagers. They are guided by morals that are beyond their age and act on their own terms even though their issues or “problems” seem juvenile as an adult reader. Having said that, the stigma and issues surrounding mental illness is at its height now, and these issues need to be addressed.
