Another volume of the series that has Wolverine and a number of X-Men actually teaching students how to use their powers responsibly, a stark contrast to what was going on with Cyclops at the time. Aaron does have a good take on the characters- though the comics version of Wolverine remains, as always, a profounly irritating person. This volume is hindered somewhat by the fact that it's tied into the Avengers vs X-Men event, and so there's a lot happening elsewhere that'll confuse the reader just stepping in out of nowhere. And the volume is hindered a lot by one of the two artists. Nick Bradshaw's work is sufficient, though nothing special. Chris Bachalo, however, is just awful in his artistic style, unable to make people look like people. Someone really needs to stop letting this man draw for the comics industry.
