Mérida Anderson is a self-taught chef who became vegan at the age of sixteen. She is also a photographer, visual artist, clothing designer, and musician.

This is a fabulous cookbook. Everything turns out great and really delicious. Worth the trip to Vancouver BC to partake in one of her Vegan Secret Suppers.

I think this woman is brilliant. The food is amazing, but I am too lazy to make it myself. If you have a passion for making great food, you will probably make some of these dishes.
