3 old houses. 3 women become friends during their struggles. OCD, loss of 6 mo old son, and left at the alter so opening a pediatric office. Can they save their marriages or find new love on Blackberry Island?
Don't judge Mallery by this title. I've read several others by her, all good, including Barefoot Season (Blackberry Island #1).
Great book! A story about compassion, friendship, and looking beyond what you see on the outside of people. Loved it!!!
I love the way the beginning of the book started, with andi moving to blackberry island and her making friends and than she meets the contractor and it becomes so transparent what is going to happen.the way friendships happen so quickly seems so forced.the ending was predictable but the first half was written so well it made up for the middle and end of the book.all and all a good read but could have been better.
this book was so good couldn't put it down
I like her books, but this one was particularly good. I like the way the author addressed and dealt with the issues. Yes, I got teary.
