In an anthology of short stories, there are usually some duds, but not here! All of these stories are worth reading. But what really stands out about this book is the authors' notes. These three are good friends and their process and more importantly enjoyment of the process is apparent.

I loved it! This book left me feeling, well, curious. What happened to Melea? Did that vampire guy ever get free? Did the two demigods get out of the high school? Things like that. It was, in a word, amazing.

The stories in this collection are not stellar; at most, they are good. Even the good ones could do with some polishing.
The best part about this collection is seeing how the authors write and how their work evolves as they bounce stories and ideas off each other.
I think Stiefvater, in particular, grew significantly as a writer as a result of this collaboration.

A great collection of stories from some good authors. Its nice to see all of them branch out and make their stories revolve around something than the usual that they do.

The real impact of these three authors working together and playing off of each other is likely only fully experienced by following their joint blog. This book kept the charm, and added some extra layers of understanding to the though process to each one. The back and forth chattter by notes was intriguing, making the book more enjoyable. I can't say that I liked all the stories, but enough to recommend it.

A great selection of stories! The comments and thoughts by the authors were amazing, funny and helpful. They made the book even better than it already was! Some of the stories were a bit hard to follow at times. However, the book was still a great read.

A mesmerizing collection of short stories! Highly recommended! The greatest appeal(s) of this collection are the various comments and doodles the authors distribute thoughout the pages of the entire book. The authors comment on the process of writing the stories, ideas they used, etc. In addition, the stories are all utterly unique, with completely unexpected twists and endings woven through. Delicious and delightful! Should not be missed!
