I think this video would be good for a beginner. Mandy tells you to listen to you body and not necessarily copy exactly what she's doing. She is snarky, but still in an encouraging way. She does talk about her butt a lot, but she has a good butt. It's a good workout that combines some yoga with some body weight movements.

LIKES: Nice unusual sequencing...more like personal trainer style...8 reps each for simple yoga poses to build lower body strength and upper body flexibility...OK for beginner...better for folks with more yoga expereince...she is definitely trained in teaching yoga as she demonstrates good alignment and tells you not to always listen to what the teacher says.

DISLIKES: she offers no options for the novice...and OMG...she is definitely a vanity-based teacher...she talks incessantly about how her butt looks great and how she has a nice space between her thighs when she puts her legs together...she also makes some sarcastic comments about yoga teacher parlance, and her voice is about as soothing as Jillian Michaels...BUT...you have the option to turn her off and just have music

Obviously not as great as going to a yoga class in person; however, I liked the instructions and poses included in the two sets.
