Earlier Michael Kitchen film. In this movie he plays the villain. Very British.

Rated 6/10. An okay two episode story, but not great. The acting was overall good. I think most people would find the ending somewhat unsatisfactory.

I get a little tired of the term 'real dad'. What is a real dad'? The DAD who raised the child is the REAL DAD. That said.... I didn't finish this film. There are better movies to watch.

very enjoyable, bit disappointed with the ending

The Guilty is an engrossing drama and worth watching, but I found the plot contrivances ridiculous and distracting. The other problem is that I honestly couldn’t imagine the elegant, delicate featured Michael Kitchen raping the sultry cow-eyed Carolyn Catz. Who could believe him weeping on his mother’s breast or coming from a lower class neighborhood where people hang their washing out on lines? Aside from that, on the positive side, the evolution of this character is almost Shakespearean, and I liked the way justice came about in an unexpected way.

The BBC production that shows that their systems are just as corrupt as Americas. Wonderfully acted and disturbing at how nonchalantly some people put their own agendas over what's right and just. I recommend it (but not while the kiddies are around)

Fine acting by all.
One mean selfish act with so many after effects.
Ending was less than satisfactory.

This is a 'must see' for those who love British mystery/drama and fine acting. Michael Kitchen leads an outstanding cast. Lots of twists and turns. Surprising co-incidences galore.

Note that there are many movies with similar title. This is an old 1991/1992 British TV series of about 200 minutes feature. There could be other more satisfying ending ... but :
