This is great if you want to get super smooth buttercream that looks like fondant. Sharon goes over in detail all the little details that equal a great looking buttercream cake including impression mats, leveling, the best way to fill a cake without getting the dreaded bulge in between the cake layers. I can't wait to give some of her ideas a try! Also check out her other video Flawless Fondant if you haven't already. Shes got good information!
