Part of an informative, well illustrated series for children who are interested in mechanical and automotive subjects. This particular book was above the level of our 3-year-old, although he grasps other titles in the series quite well. I think it didn't help that the visuals are less appealing and the photographs are generally more monotonous than in other books in the series.
