I enjoyed this book. The story follows Daniel X, an orphan and alien hunter, tracking down and eliminating the most dangerous aliens on Earth. This is the first of a series, and in this book Daniel begins taking down the top 10 most dangerous aliens on Earth, starting with #6, Ergent Seth, an alien who abducts children and forces them into labour for profit. I found the dialogue of the book to be rather childish, and found it some times taking away from the book, although the rest of the writing was pretty solid. The book is a little on the short side; strong readers can get through the book in a day or two. The plot was fairly interesting and the book successfully incorporated action and suspense into the story. Overall, The Dangerous Days of Daniel X is good for some fun light reading. 3/5 Stars - @Fulton of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library

I really liked this book, but be warned it's a series. I read it within two days, so it's a pretty easy and fast read.

Great book!!!!! Kids under 10 probably shouldn't read it though. There is a lot of descriptions of the aliens he fights. Some of them are disturbing. Read with Caution!!!!!! GREAT BOOK STILL!!!!!!!
