really good book-a little scary i'd say if you don't generally get nightmares 9-14 is a good age to read it ; p

Just a warning-- this book has some definitly gruesome scenes. I got the series for my little siblings, but I read it first and decided that it would probably give David and Faith nightmares (which, unfortunately, they are both prone to have. Especially David. I've never had a nightmare in my life.)
