It's been a long time since I read a book that stays with me after I have finished it. A lovely, engrossing book that made me sit quietly and reflect about life, as cliche as that may sound. As I felt when I finished A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, I'm sorry to say goodbye to Littlejohn.
