It was fairly good...not as good as warriors though.
but I thought this one was better then the last BUT I didn't read all but for the parts I did read where good.
This book was pretty good, not as good as the first one but I still enjoyed it. I was waiting for some Fierce dog action though. I would give it a 8 out of 10.
the last one was good so i hope this ones as great or drumrole pleeeeease BETER i don't know how to spell im so exited
I'm excited to read this book. I hope it's about Alpha, who was formerly called Dog, and then Wolf.
Most people see darkness in Alpha, but I see hope. Even though he did turn bad, you must understand Alpha has had a very long and tough life.
I assume you wouldn't be much better if you lost your pack, mother, and your loved one?
this was a very good book to read.. I suggest it to anyone who like this author
The book is ok because it is with action. I liked the book because there was fighting. My favorite character was Lucky.
a very good book. i think i liked this better than the first one and it ends at a cliffhanger. now i cant wait for book 3!
Ar first I thought this aeries was just a poor copy of Warriors but by the end of the first book I was really enjoying the characters. This is book two in the series and probably enjoyed it even more than the first one. Shaping up to be a good series, especially for readers who like dogs!
im kind of hopping that lucky stays with the wild pack alpha is so cool sofair i must agree with you but with an addition of jays wing
I can't belive that lucky would frame mulch,I mean like really I know he is mean but its like in the warrior books dustpaw (dustpelt) and sandpaw (sandstorm) where mean to firepaw (fireheart) and now I love sandstorm! Ilove ALL of Erin hunter's books!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this series, though Warriors will always be the best. Sorry, Survivors! I am still waiting for Thunder Rising, and can't wait for the Untold Stories and Tallstar's Revenge! so excited!
hasanfamily stole my position when I was putting a hold at school but it's in transit.
I have read the first 2 books. This an entertaining series about dogs in the wild, both feral and former pets, after an earthquake destroys The City and unleashes severe environmental problems from a nuclear reactor. A Lone Dog, Lucky, who had lived in The City, finds himself involved with a disorganized group of lost pet dogs, whom he endeavors to teach to survive without people. It is well-written and realistic. Not suggested for pre-teens due to some violence and loss of familiar characters. I am a grandmother, and I was saddened terribly when one of the dogs gets killed. Experience with other Hunter series has prepared me for good fantasy but no fairy tale. Overall, the books are upbeat, with likable characters, the usual villains, challenges, the structures of the different societies (Packs) and the occasional encounters with mysterious human beings. The dogs have distinct personalities but do not act like people in dog suits.
This is like the sequel to the first book of Survivors right? Well... duh! *Smacks forehead* Eeek! Can't wait to read it! I love Erin Hunter's books.
I can tell it's going to be a good book, i liked the first one but this series will NEVER, EVER, be as stinking awesome as Warriors. BTW WARRIORS FTW
