Description

What is the night sky? What tools can we use to navigate the stars?

Discover how to use a telescope to explore the night sky! Space science educators from H.R. MacMillan Space Centre will show you how to navigate the stars. They will also demonstrate what exciting discoveries are being made with telescopes worldwide and in space. If you have always wondered what more there is to explore and see in the skies above, this workshop for all ages is the rocket ship you’ll want to board. See you among the stars!

This presentation is for all ages.

Did you know that FVRL lends telescopes? Continue your journey into space and try a telescope out for yourself for free with your library card. Find more information about Telescopes in FVRL’s Playground Collection.
