This class is for those who are interested in exploring mindfulness meditation as a way to experience a deeper sense of well being within the challenges of everyday life. This class will include guided meditation practice as well as instruction on how to practice mindful meditation in daily life by certified mindfulness meditation teacher, Brandi Matheson. Brandi has had extensive training and mentorship in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the University of Massachusetts, Medical School, and Centre for Mindfulness.
Ages 18+. Suitable for all levels. All is provided. No special props or cushions are required.
