Description

Celebrate National Poetry Month by writing your own haiku for our Haiku Contest at Aldergrove Library! Enter in the adult, kid or teen category, and we'll pick a winner from each and display your masterworks around the library!


Haiku are a form of Japanese poetry written in three lines with five syllables on the first line, seven syllables on the second line and five syllables on the third line. They don't even rhyme!
